Hotel Booking Information

Below you will find all the hotel booking information & links for all the events we are attending for the 2023-2024 season. 

It is required that all families stay at the team hotel provide while at each event! Team managers will setup activities for the players & parents to build team chemistry off the field.

ELITE 64 League Games

December 16 – 17, 2024

Columbus and Dayton, OH

 

Booking for this Ohio trip is the responsibility of each parent.  No room blocks are being held.  Below are some suggestions for you based on location in relation to the field sites.

Columbus:

ELITE 64 Playoffs

January 26 – 30, 2024

Kissimmee Area, Florida 2024

 

2011, 2010, and 2009 teams will be assigned a hotel as their game schedules and travel are in sync (traveling and playing Friday 1/27 - Tuesday 1/30). 

2008, 2007, 2005 teams will be assigned a hotel since their games schedules are travel are in sync (traveling and playing Thursday 1/26 - Monday 1/29). 

Hotel Booking Information:

  1. Visit the Team Reservation Portal and Login to Event Account
  2. "Create Event Account" OR "Already Have an Event Account"
    1. You MUST create an account to proceed if you do not have one.
  3. Your Team Code is included below
  4. Visit "Team Details", "Team Hotel Availability"
  5. View hotel, room types, dates and number of rooms available
  6. Visit "My Reservation" box, please click "Claim A Room"
  7. Select number of rooms you wish to claim and check availability of different dates. You may also search all hotels for the event by clicking "Search All Hotels".
  8. After making selection, proceed to claim room(s) by providing personal information (name, credit card, etc.).
  9. You are all set!
  10. You will automatically receive an email confirmation
  11. To make additional changes, revisit the Team Reservation Portal
