2023-2024 PLAYER REGISTRATION PROCESS
Here are the steps that must be completed to register with Millennium SA for the 2023-2024 season. All steps must be completed!
1.) Complete the Evaluation Link for the 2023-2024 season (We only need you to complete this form once).
2). Complete the $100.00 Commitment Fee Link for the 2023-2024 season
3). Pay your Club Tuition for the 2023-2024 season by selecting the "Pay in Full" or "Monthly Payment Plan" options.

The "Commitment Fee for 2023-2024" registration session will allow you to pay your $100.00 Commitment Fee for the 2023-2024 season in full.

Click on the link below according to your age group to pay your club fees online with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or direct deposit from your checking account.
The "Club Tuition Payment Link for 2023-2024" registration session will allow you to pay your club fees for the 2023-2024 season in full or with the monthly payment plan option.
All fees paid to Millennium SA are non-refundable.
